First frost: the morning after

by Caroline Brown

Last night it got down to 30 degrees F. The pond across the street is not yet accustomed to the cold weather. Here’s what it looked like at 7:30 this morning.

Here’s another view, this one with ducks.

  1. How breathtakingly beautiful….rather surreal, too, with that mist. 🙂

  2. I agree with Michelle. Wow, you get to look at a pond across the street!!!! Nice scenery and right in your own front yard C.

  3. Thanks ladies, I was lucky to be out & about early enough to catch it on film. Unfortunately I can’t see it from the yard, though, you have to cross the street and go down into the park, but it’s still very close….

  4. Sounds like my kind of neighbourhood. Your state has so much beauty C, thanks for sharing pics on EFG so we can all enjoy!
